Cable reels with Receptacle Boxes are designed to supply mobile power where it is needed.  They are standard on some models of 1200 Series reels.  They can also be wired to 1400 Series PowerReels with up to 12 AWG /3 conductor SOOW-A cable.  Boxes are made from heavy duty, oil-resistant, molded yellow thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), have an internal cord grips.  They are impervious to most chemicals.  Ratchet and ball stop are required and are standard on the reels that most commonly use a receptacle boxes.
